Location and architecture of resort was very good. However, we need to mention that it's very far from city. Staff were very attentive. However, most of the staff does not speak english. Fron desk staff Feena was superb 👌 . She was very helpful in all aspects addressing our needs in terms of transportation and bookings.

Very good quiet place with not many guests, nice beach, free transfer from hotel to beach (the hotel is on the mountain; you can also walk to the beach about 2-3 min) and to Phuket Town and back, good breakfast, free kayak, free towels and deck chairs on the beach, decent exchange rate in the hotel, 40 min walk to the village (7even supermarket and cafes) and to the Black Rock viewpoint (maybe not wow, but still worth seeing). Recommend if you prefer calm and quiet vacation.

Amazing views! Quiet and serene resort, away from touristic places and urban areas. Supalai offers free shuttles to and from Old Phuket Town daily and free kayaks from the beach. Kind, polite and observing staff which went out of their way to make our stay the best one. Especially Sa-Eed helped in making our time at Supalai memorable.

The staff is very kind, and as a worker in hotel industry, I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent customer care provided by the hotel staff. The view from the room is stunning, as is the view from the breakfast room and the reception area. The breakfast was excellent, and the pool is very well maintained. Although there are no supermarkets or restaurants near the hotel, hotel is equipped with a minimarket and the food from their restaurant is very good. Additionally, the hotel offers a free daily shuttle bus to the city center and they have a quite private beach as well.
